Keto Friands with raspberrie or bleuberries

Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 12 friands

Ingredients
  

  • 160 g butter or coconut oil for dairy free Melted and cooled down
  • 100 G betta sweet stevia powdered
  • 125 g ground almonds
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 punnet berries of choice raspberries or bleuberries

Instructions
 

  • Put your oven at 185 degrees c
  • Butter your small muffin tray, or Friand tray.
  • Melt your butter and let cool down
  • Beat the egg white untill just starting to fluff (not too much)
  • Add the cooled, melted butter.
  • Add the sifted dry ingredient and mix well.ad the butter and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture at 3/4 full into your muffin tray, and bake for 20 to 25 Minutes until golden
  • let cool for 5 minutes in the tray, and enjoy .

      Hello Diane, For friands you will be better off the coconut flour.
