We here at Frenchies value fast shipping. We will try our best to dispatch orders on the same or following business day, following placement of your order. Delays may occur during holidays or busy periods.

 

Expected delivery times for South Island are 1-3 business days. North Island 3-5 business days.

If you have not received your order after 14 days, you may contact us at info@frenchies.nz to promptly resolve any shipping issues.

 

Damaged Goods During Shipping/Transit:
We will always do our best to ensure that your order is packaged appropriately to reduce all chances of breakage & damage. For glass-based products, we will add additional bubble wrapping to ensure safe transit. Upon the arrival of your order, the onus is on the receiver to verify that the product has been received in proper condition. If your order is found to be damaged, please contact us at info@frenchies.nz promptly with a picture & brief description detailing the damage. Frenchies will not be held responsible for damaged goods after 24 hours from receiving your order.

Frenchies aims to make the highest quality keto products. You may contact us at info@frenchies.nz to request a replacement or refund.  Refunds will be processed on an order-to-order basis within reasonable grounds.

 

 

If an order is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery you should contact us at info@frenchies.nz within 48 hours of inspection to request a credit note. You must supply a reasonable reason including photo or video evidence showing the defect to be granted credit.
